Tyler Robinson, accused of shooting from Utah College, who killed the founder of the US turnover Charlie Kirk, underwent a drastic transformation in the year leading to the attack, according to his mother’s statement to investigators.
Tyler Robinson, once a recipient of a scholarship in college with what his family believed he was a promising future, became more political, his mother told the police. She said he became more and more leaning to the left and openly supported “Pro-Gay and Trans-Royal”.
Clashes at home
The family house became a battlefield of ideology, and Robinson and his father often participated in heated disputes.
“According to court documents, they were constantly arguing,” his mother recalled. Investigators noted that disagreements reflected “sharply different opinions” that escalated when Robinson’s political attitude hardened.
Refusing the event of Charlie Kirk
Robinson’s contempt for Charlie Kirk was clear before the tragedy. His mother said he ridiculed Kirk’s planned Utah Valley University (UVU), refusing it as a “stupid” place, and claiming that a conservative activist “spreading too much hatred”.
A relationship tied to his radicalization
The authorities said Robinson’s political move intensified after he began to live with the biological male roommate who was crossing a woman. Interviews with his mother suggest that she has seen a relationship in his “radicalization” in the last year.
Planned shooting for a week
The authorities claim that Tyler Robinson, 22 -year -old accused in fatal shooting from the founder concerning the US Charlie Kirk, planned to attack more than a week before burning from the roof to Utah Valley University (UVU). The prosecutors said Robinson intentionally targeted Kirk “because of his political expression” during the 10th September event, which attracted hundreds of students.
Kirk, 31, a prominent conservative activist and confidant of President Donald Trump, answered the question of violence and transgender problems when he was shot and killed.
Messages, Note and Confessions
The prosecutors revealed that Robinson’s DNA was found on a lot of rifles that belonged to his grandfather. In text messages to his romantic partner Robinson admitted his intention: “Some hatred cannot be negotiated.” He also left a hand -written note hidden under the computer keyboard that reads: “I had the opportunity to remove Charlie Kirk and I would take it.”
Robinson later sent to his partner that after the attack he had knocked out his clothes and hid the weapon, urged them to remove the reporting news. The authorities eventually restored Mauser rifle .30-06 wrapped in a towel in a nearby forest.
