
The police submitted the indictment against six suspects in the case of Shahabaz after a two -month -old probe until the incident. The 205 -page indictment was presented last week before the Administrative Council for Juvenile with detailed statements of 106 witnesses.
Suspects have already been accused of sections 103 (1), 118 (2), 126 (2), 189 (2), 191 (2), 191 (3) and 190 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Three among non -cultivated riders were also accused according to various parts of the Act on Motor Vehicles.
Although the police managed to collect strong incriminating evidence against six, including the visuals of CCTV from multiple places and messages of mobile phones, restoring deleted messages from various social media platforms was essential to prove conspiracy. Police sources have revealed that they have not yet been from the META platform to questions submitted as part of the investigation.
It was March 1 that a smaller student succumbed to the injury of the grave head he suffered during a collision between students in Thamarassery in Kozhikode. The attack stems from a minor argument among students of two schools who gathered for teaching at the local training center in Thamarassery.
The root of the clash was an argument about the stopping of music during a farewell tuition party attended by Muhammedali Juuhar High School, Elettil and Government High School, Thamarasers on February 23.
Hron’s physical attack took place on 27 February near a tuition fee that caused a fatal head injury to Shahabaz. Later, six suspect students were charged with the Thamarasers Police. The police were also able to gather evidence against the involvement of suspects in online conspiracy against the victim and other preparations that threaten him.
Students who were later sent to a youthful house in Kozhikode were denied bail. However, they were allowed to write SSLC exams. Their results, which originally detained the Ministry of Education, were released after the intervention of the High Court in Kerala.
Their request for bail would again be considered by the High Court of Kiela 1 June.
