On Tuesday, the state government appointed km Munigopal Raja for the new CEO of Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC), Mysur.
Mr. Raja, who has been with CESC in various positions for many years, was the authorized CEO of CESC after retirement of former CEO G. Sheel.
The Ministry of Energy has now appointed Mr. Raja for MD for CESC, a press release said here.
Five districts, including Mysur, Mandy, Kodag, Chamarajanagar and Hassan, fall under the jurisdiction of CESC.
