The canceling video from the local train in Mumbai has become viral on social media and reportedly shows the masturbating man while sitting next to the passenger. The incident brought extensive outrage, which caused the Bombai police to enter.
The video shows a man sitting with a bag on his lap next to a woman commuting. Another passenger sitting across from the clip recorded. A few seconds later, the man’s shooting is to hear to alert the woman and asks her to move away from the accused.
“Can you sit somewhere else? Masturbates to see you,” the man hears in the clip.
The woman is then seen to face the accused, questioning him before slapping him and hitting him. A moment later the man is visible as leaving the train.
The video caused strong reactions online, with several users condemned this act, while some claimed that there were no “clear evidence” about human actions.
Police Bombai said in response to the clip on X (formerly Twitter): “We pass it to the railway police for the next event.”
This is not the first such case reported on suburban trains in Mumbai. In 2017, the government railway police (GRP) registered a complaint after the woman claimed that the man was flashing and masturbating while looking at her from another club, Hindustan Times reported. She also claimed that the same man later approached the female coach and threatened her.
At the beginning of this month, the model and instagram influencer was left “disgusted” while waiting for her cabin in the gurmogram as the man unpacked his pants and masturbated near her on the highway Dilli – Jaipur. A woman who works as a model said the incident occurred after she got off the bus from Jaipur. After a few days the man was arrested by the gurigram police.
The defendant, identified as Abhilash Kumar, works as an assistant to a private company manager. The police were arrested on the basis of observing several CCTV shots and technical investigation.
After the accusation of being questioned, he said he was married, had a son and lived in a rented house. He mentioned that he was coming back from his son’s school when he stopped at Chowk. The police said he confessed to crime.
