
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted increased rainfall accompanied by storms and gusty winds in parts of Maharahtra to 24 May, due to cyclonic circulation, which is likely to form over the east-central Arabian sea, on the coast of Karnataka.
The weather for the next four days issued a yellow alert for the Metropolitan area of Mumbai (MMR), which warned light up to slight precipitation.
“Thunderstorms accompanied by a flash, light to medium rainfall and impact winds (40–50 km / h) are probably in isolated places,” IMD said in its prediction for Mumbai.

Collisions for intensifies Mahashtra
In an interview with PTI, official official Shaubhangi Bhute said he was expected to increase in the Maharaštře between 21 and 24 May under the influence of the cyclonic system.
The weather disruption is expected to affect the parts of the Maharashtra, including the South Konan, the South-Central Maharashtra and the Bombai.
“In some places, there is a possibility of strong precipitation with thunder, accompanied by impact winds reaching a speed of 30-40 km / h or perhaps higher in isolated places,” Bhute said.

On May 20, yellow warnings were released for Palghar, Thane, Mumbai and Raigad districts.

Building a collapse claims lives
In the tragic incident, six people were killed on the board from the top floor of the four -storey building collapsed in Kalyan. The fragments fell on the lower floor and demanded the lives of four, including two children.
