MEPs Bharatiya Janata (BJP) on Monday (July 28, 2025) organized a protest before the parliament against the recent clergy remarks about the Samajwadi of Lok Sabha Dimple Yadav.
Maulana Sajid Rashidi, clergy, criticized Mrs. Yadav, the wife of the Chief of Samajwadi Akhilesh Yadav, for visiting a mosque near parliament without covering her head.
Mrs. Yadav, when she talked to the media about the protest of BJP deputies, said it would be better if they protested against violence in a manipure whose videos were distributed to social media.
Previously, BJP accused the Samajwadi party of organizing a political meeting in a mosque, accusing the refuted opposition party. On the social media, BJP leaders shared a photo of Mr. Yadav, his wife, other parties of Mohibully Nadvi, who is also an imam of a mosque and others in the mosque.
In response to the accusation, Mr. Yadav accused the leader of BJP of “negative thinking”. “Faith is positive, connects. BJP is upset with anything that connects. They want negativity, faith is for positive people. Faith connects, provides brotherhood, increases love and respect among people,” he said. Mrs. Yadav said it was a social gathering and there was no meeting.
