The Cyber Security Office in Telangana (TGCSB) signed a memorandum of understanding (MY) on Thursday to strengthen the tools for detecting threats and response capabilities. The agreement linked partners from global technologies and cyber defense.
According to Pact, Google will deploy Cloud Security Operations (SOC), Google Secops, Ilois Digital, an authorized Google Cloud India Private Limit. The state does not have to finance the initiative.
The SECOPS platform provides continuous monitoring and response of threats in the network in real time and advanced analysis to indicate and solve harmful cyber incidents.
The AREE IR LLP data will offer detection and endpoint detection services (EDR), including Sentinelone Edr, police infrastructure. The EDR solution is expected to significantly improve the endpoint security by providing continuous monitoring, detection and response services to incidents.
“This is a step in proactive identification and neutralizing harmful security threats and strengthening cyber defense capabilities in Telangana,” said TGCSB director Shikha Goel and signed a memorandum.
The partnership will operate for three years and also includes the provisions for training police personnel in management and response to cyber security threats. The signing of the agreement was attended by key shares from the public and private sectors.
