“The administrative service is a unique job that gives power together with responsibility to start changes to the transformation of the lives of a large number of people. The administrative service is the right choice for you if you want to contribute to society and have the motive to serve society,” he said.
However, he reminded them of difficulties, because the preparation itself was a difficult way that can sometimes take years. “Since the competition is intense, you must have patience along with intelligent work. Reading many books are not important, but reading less books are required several times,” he said.
Mr. Sumair told the participants that they would have to get rid of the misconceptions surrounding the civil service. “It is better not to study alone when you spend long hours sitting in one place. Create a circle of similar interests of friends. Keep a healthy balance between studying between study. Get the desired skills,” he advised the students.
He told students to understand that student life and working life would be different, and if they did not have the appropriate skills, it would be difficult to succeed in any field they chose.
