In order to increase the passenger’s comfort and adapt to growing demand for travel, the southern railway will attach other coaches in five express and personal trains. Sengottai-Mayiladuthurai-Sengottai Express (16848/16847) will be permanently expanded with 14 coaches instead of 12.
