Himachal Pradesh: Kangra and Solan will probably see heavy to very strong precipitation on Wednesday. There are also heavy rainfall in Una, Hamirpur, Bilaaspur, Mandi, Shimla and Sirmiaur.
Dili: No warning was issued on Wednesday. The city recorded a minimum temperature of 27.6 degrees Celsius, IMD said on Wednesday. Relative humidity was recorded at 74 % at 8:30.

Rajasthan: In Bhilware, Chittorgarh, Bundi, Kat and Baran, a red warning was issued, which predicted extremely heavy rainfall. The other districts of Ajmer, Tonk, Sawai Madhopur, Rajsamand and Jhalawar can also experience heavy rain on Wednesday.
Maharashtra: Orange alerts were issued in Pune, Satar and Kolhapur. Most of the state can expect thunderstorms and lightning.

Madhya Pradesh: Morena, Bhind and Niwari were on a red warning, with IMD predicted with extremely strong rainfall. Rajgarh, Vidisha, Guna, Ashoknagar, Shivpuri, Tikamgarh, Chatarpur, Damoh, Jabalpur and Katni are for orange stamps with IMD predicting heavy rainfall. The removal districts in Madhya Pradesh are on a yellow warning.
Assam: On Wednesday, a yellow warning was issued in Assam parts. Barpet, Karbi Analog, Lakhimpur, Sonitpur, Golaghat and Jorhat are among the districts in standby.
Meghalaya, West Bengal: All districts of West Bengal and Meghalaya are on a yellow warning.
UTTAR PRADESH: Agra, Jalaun, Jhansi, Lalitpur, Chitrakoot, Banda and Sonbhadra are in orange stamps.

Himachal Pradesh: 10 dead, 34 missing
At least 10 people died and 34 remain in the Mandi district Himachal Pradesh after a series of cloudbursts and lightning basins in the last 32 hours, said the State emergency operating center (SEOC).
