Mohammed Shah appointed the next Advocate General

Mohammed Shah, a lawyer of the Kerala High Court, has been appointed as the next Advocate General of Kerala.

Wednesday’s meeting of the state cabinet approved his appointment. Earlier, he served as a senior government pleader and also appeared for the Indian Railways and various public institutions before the Kerala High Court. He was also elected as a member of the Kerala Bar Council.

Practicing in the Kerala High Court for 26 years, Mr. Shah specializes in constitutional, public, criminal and corporate law.
