New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday inaugurated key infrastructure projects worth £12,000 crore in Bihar before public opinion surveys at the end of this year.
In Gaya, he said that new roads, power plants, hospitals and wastewater treatment plants would solve major logistics problems and create jobs. “The rapid development of Bihar is the main priority for the NDA government on Wednesday,” he said.
These initiatives across sectors, including energy, health and city development, will strengthen the industrial capacity of Bihar and create new job opportunities for youth, the Prime Minister’s statement was stated by Modi.
Among the main points was the 8.15 km long project tenty-Simaria Bridge on the NH-31, including the 1.86 km long Six-Lane bridge on the Gang River, built at the price above £1 870 crore. The distance between the travel distance between the north and the South Bihar is reduced by 100 km.
Four-lane part of Bakhtiyarpur-Mocama in NH-31, value around £1,900 Crore and enhancement of the Bikramganj-Dawath-Nawanagar-Dumraon section in the NH-120 will also make it easier to travel and improve rural connectivity.
Other projects include hospitals with cancer care facilities, more wastewater treatment plants for gang cleaning and two trains – Amrit Bharat Express (gaya – Delhi) and Buddhist district train (Vaisali – Koderma).
Modi said that the gaya district in Bihar will soon have the largest industrial area of the state in Dobhi and also the Technology Center. He also said that the new thermal power plant will be built in Pirpainti, Bhagalpur.
The Prime Minister said that in the last 11 years, about 40 million permanent houses, of which 38 were lamp in Bihar had been built on a nationwide level.
He also emphasized the proposed anti -corruption Act, which would order the highest ministers in custody for more than 30 days to release his contributions and appreciate the Indian defense forces for their reaction in the Sindoor operation after a terrorist attack on April 22.
The address comes in the middle of the ongoing special intensive revision (Sir) of Bihar to remove the deceased, duplicate and shifted voters.
