Congress MLC P. Puttann, representing the election district of teachers of Bengalur, said he would launch a campaign concerning teachers of all schools against the state government to suspend a teacher who allegedly forced children to clean the toilet in the government school in Ramanagara.
Mr. Puttanna plans to visit the CEO (CEO) Zilla Panchayat (ZP) in the Bengaluru South District (formerly Ramanagara) 17 June with the toilet cleaning material and demand that ZP officials themselves clean school toilets throughout the district.
Letter of minister

“Paused by a teacher who allegedly forced children to clean the school toilet is condemnable. Because of some incorrect rules, there were a situation where teachers are burdened with a lot of work, except for teaching. Therefore, I condemn this incident on Tuesday, Tuesday, learning/unaided/ Protest, ”said Puttanna Hindu.
During his visit to the Troopline Government school, Bengaluru South, 6 June, the CEO of ZP noticed that the children were cleaning the toilets and arguing against them.
Deputy Director of Public Teaching suspended the teacher for draining the duty and indicated that the children clean the toilets so illegal, the letter said.
But Mr. Puttanna said: “There are no participants or cleaning employees in government schools. There have been a situation where teachers have to do all the work. Teachers clean the toilets in many schools. So teachers have no dignity?”
He even claimed that it is not bad for children to cleanse toilets in schools. “Previously, when we were students, we were cleaning the toilets and premises in schools. We used to water the gardens. That was part of the school activity,” he said.
“The maintenance fee provided for government schools is not enough for anything. For this reason, the toilet maintenance is difficult and there is a lack of workers to clean the toilets. The government should give maintenance of all schools to private agencies at the district or taluk level. This avoids exploiting both children and teachers.
Mr. Puttanna also called on the government to abolish the suspension of the teacher.
“Collective work”
Meanwhile, the development teacher Niranjanaradhya Vice President urged the community to participate in the school toilet cleaning.
“To create awareness that cleanliness is an integral part of life and everyone should participate, the main minister, ministers, public representatives, celebrities, respected people and officials of all levels in school education and literacy, should voluntarily attend schools and connect with children and teachers and encourage them as collective work.
