North Constituency MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju along with district officials visited Sanjeevayya Colony, Ward 46 on Friday under ‘One Month, One Constituency, Four Visits’ program to address public grievances.

The team received the petitions and reviewed the action taken on earlier complaints. The MLA expressed concern over the delay in redressal of some grievances, especially those related to APEPDCL, and stressed the need for swift action.

A key intervention involved a schoolgirl whose father had an accident, leaving her family unable to pay school fees. The MLA contacted the private school and directed its management to issue her a transfer certificate to facilitate her admission in the government school.

Issues related to housing and pensions were also raised. About 1,550 eligible beneficiaries in Tri-Junction Colony would be considered for domestic pattas, subject to verification and fulfillment of prescribed formalities. The program was concluded with the distribution of homemade pattas to the eligible beneficiaries.
