
Mitchell Marsh scored his second IPL century during Lucknow Super Giants’ match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in an IPL 2026 match at the Ekana Cricket Stadium on Thursday 7.Marsh reached the milestone in 49 balls, making it the fastest century by an LSG batter in IPL history. Marsh was dismissed by Hazlewood for 111 off 56 balls.Marsh attacked the RCB bowlers from the start and continued to score despite two rain interruptions during the match.He started with a straight six off Josh Hazlewood before hitting Bhuvneshwar Kumar over cover for another six. Once the spinners came into the attack, Marsh took on Krunal Pandya and Suyash Sharma with shots over the boundary and slashing through the offside.At the other end, Arshin Kulkarni struggled with timing while Marsh scored quickly. He reached his fifty in 20 balls, his fastest IPL half-century.Marsh also attacked Rasikh Salam and Hazlewood with runs and shots.
