On Wednesday evening, a distinctive mixture of tradition and global charm developed, when the 800 -year -old Ramapp, UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Mulug district in Telangana, welcomed 35 Miss World 2025 contestants from Europe for a cultural tour.

At the entrance to the temple, a red carpet was distributed and prepared a stage for an unforgettable evening. Contestants, dressed in multicolored sarehs with flowers in the hair, nodd on the Indian tradition, were welcomed by the usual washing of the legs before entering the temple complex.
Accompanied by local guides and cultural experts and explored the architectural miracles of the temple, including the famous light floating bricks, detailed woodcarvers and the complex engineering of Kakatiya dynasty.
Cultural event
When the dusk fell, the temple came to life under colorful lights and offered a picturesque background that complemented the traditional clothing of visitors. After the tour, the contestants joined the dignitaries and guests at the Temple Lawns to a cultural event.
Minister of Women and Children and Child Care Danasari Anasuya or Seethak, who was present at the event, said: “Mulugu is not just a district on the TELANGANY map. It is a story formed by native cultures.
The collector of the district district of Mulug TS Divacar welcomed the delegation and said, “We are glad that the world organization Miss chose the Ramapp Church for his visit. This temple tells the story of history.
The evening was a powerful dance performance dedicated to Queen Rudram Devi from the Kakatiya dynasty. The energy choreography and expressive narrative, rooted in Telangan’s tradition of martial arts, captivated the audience.
Then there was a dance performance “Perini”. This was followed by a light and audio show that told the 800 -year history of the temple through live visuals screened on its wall.
When the evening concluded, Mrs. Seethakka received all 35 contestants.
During a parallel visit to 22 contestants from the Caribbean and America contingent, thousands of columns and forts of Warangal traveled around the temple and plunged into a rich historical and architectural heritage in the region.
