
Minister of Law in Delhi Kapil Misra on Wednesday filed a petition against order 1.
The application has been moved before the special judge of Kaneri Bawej, who is likely to deal with.
Delhi also filed a lawsuit against the order for further investigation.
Last week, the court in Delhi ordered the company to probate the alleged role of Mishhra chapels in the 2020 riots in the National City.
Another chief judge VAIBHAV Chaurasia found a “first -class” recognizable offense and said that Mishhra’s presence on the incident’s place could not be ruled out and the matter required a probe against him and others.
“It is obvious that Mishhra was in the area at the time of alleged offense … requires another probe,” the judge said.
“Let further investigations start with regard to Mishhr and his collaborators only about the first incident (February 23, 2020) and the complainant was published a eligible crime.
The court issued an order for a request submitted by Yamuna Vihar Mohammad Ilyas, who was looking for a company registration.
Police in Delhi opposed the plea and said Misra has no role in riots.
The court asked the Police Delhi to file a “compliance with the regulations” by April 16.
