In terms of Input Tax Credit (ITC), the Council may relax restrictions on expenditure including outdoor catering, life and health insurance for employees, telecommunications towers, pipelines outside factory premises, certain free samples and goods destroyed after expiration if required by law. It can also decide on ITC for motor vehicles and related insurance, repair, maintenance and leasing or rental services.
