Andhra Pradesh Minority Welfare Minister N.Md. Farooq presented the study material to a class X student in Nandyal on Thursday.
Andhra Pradesh Minister for Law and Minorities N.Md. Farooq released a specially designed study material for Class X students of Urdu medium schools in the state in Nandyal on Thursday. The material, developed by the Center for the Development of Minority Education (CEDM), envisages the strengthening of learning skills among students.
Officials of CEDM and Andhra Pradesh Minority Finance Corporation attended the event. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Farooq said that the study material was designed by experts to promote the academic progress of the students.
Highlighting the government’s efforts to strengthen the education sector, the minister appealed to the minority sections to make optimum use of free education, training and competitive examination counseling for the minority students.
CEDM Director Yakub Bhasha said the study material had been prepared six months in advance and would be distributed to all students by November 5.
