The 15 -year -old girl was allegedly kidnapped and sexually abused in the Krishna district. The victim is a student of the IX class of the Government School in Pamarre the Mandal of the District.
The defendant, Naveen, a native of the anantapur district, allegedly made friends with the girl, took her to various places in Machitipatnam, Gudivada, Vijayawada and Anantapur, and raped her under the threat.
After a complaint filed by the victims of the Polistrum police, she registered the case and saved the girl from Anantapore on Tuesday. However, the defendant managed to escape.
“The girl who was made before the CWC Care Committee (CWC) claimed that the accused fee had taken her to hotels and manginaPudi beach forcibly and threatened to commit suicide if she did not fulfill his desire,” said Radha Kumari, a member of the Krishna CWC Chandragiri.
The victim revealed that Naveen, who came to the house of his sister a few days ago, made friends with her and took her to the cottage in Vijayawada and at an isolated place near Manginapudi beach and raped her repeatedly, Mrs. Radha Kumari said on Thursday.
“With the parents of girls who refused to allow her to their home, protection in NGOs was provided,” CWC member said.
Inspector Circle Pamarru V. Subhakar said that the case under Section 64 (2) and Section 65 (1) (rape of a girl under 16) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit (BNS) and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Criminal crimes (POCSO).
“CWC provided victims shelter in the house of NGOs and she will be sent to a government hospital for a medical examination. The accused will soon be arrested,” CI said.
