The ministers in Karnataka seem to have become Delhi Yatris. One by the other ministers, the National capital visits to meet the President of the Congress Committee of the whole India Mallikararjun Kharge and other leaders of the party.
Although ministers often often call these visits “polite” or refer to “official purposes” as a reason, the sources in Congress said ministers largely spend time discussing political issues with central leaders.
The head of KPCC and the Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar visited Delhi in the recent past more than once. During the last visit he attended a meeting of the party presidents, attended by Mr. Kharge, the leader of the opposition at Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and the General Secretary of AICC. KPCC chief also often goes to Delhi to discuss his cases waiting for court, sources said.
They knew well that Mr. Shivakumar had close ties with Gandhi family members, and the ministers to the main minister Siddaramaiaha allegedly appealed to him to often visit Delhi to maintain the highest brass in good humor.
Interestingly, although Mr. Kharge was available in Bengalur on weekends, the Minister of the Public Work of Satish Jarkoholi and the Minister of Forest and the Environment of Eshwar Khandre was in Dilli a few days ago and called on President AICC and other central leaders. Obviously, they informed them about political development in the state that occurred during the budget meeting of the State Legislative Corps.

A few days ago, during his interviews with Mr. Kharge, Mr. Jarkiholi was considered to be the replacement of Mr. Shivakumar as President KPCC before the elections to local authorities in rural and urban areas.
Before it was the main demand raised by ministers G. Parameshware, Mr. Rajann and HC Mahadevappa, among other things, who are loyal to the main minister. However, there was no clarity from the high command of changing the guardian in KPCC.
In the recent past, ministers, including Mr. Rajann, KH MuniyAppa and Mr. Mahadevappa, visited as a reason and called on the central leader of Delhi.
