The government awaits breathing with a breath when the Supreme Court on Monday, October 6, in a local survey of bodies in the local body, as well as representatives of the main Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, attacked 42% of reservations about back classes and Vakiti Srihari.
President TPCC Mahesh Goud also joined them because the government is determined to see that the Supreme Court has a lenient view of the government’s decision, even though it violates 50% of the ceiling for reservations set by the Supreme Court’s previous judgments. The Government is convinced that it overcomes all legal issues that are likely to appear and pass the bill in the Assembly on the basis of a caste survey and also issues GO based on the recommendations of the specialized commission dealing with the BC population.
The Minister of Transport and Social Care BC Ponnam Prabhakar appealed to those who filed proposals to the Supreme Court against the government order (GO) to withdraw it and stated that the proposed increase in BC reservations would not damage existing reservations for members of the open category (OC) according to EWS.
On Saturday he spoke to the media and stated that the government was taking all measures to ensure that on behalf of the government, strong arguments were submitted by advising and proposals for legal experts on issues that need to be addressed in court.
Mr. Prabhakar Added, ”There Is An Attempt to Block the 42% Reserve for BCS Take by the State Government. Even Though Some People Are Opposing the Enhanced BC Reserve, Personally, In the Name of Reddy Jagruthi Elders Should Support the Weaker, Especially in situations Affecting Rurals.
