Panchayat Raj and the Minister of Rural Development Danasari Anasuya (Seethakka) ordered officials to introduce the same reward for all 7 111 field assistants who are currently working under the National Employment Warranty Scheme (MGNGEGS) by getting them into one category.
After listening to their complaints at the Secretariat on Wednesday, she also proposed to cancel the circular, led to the release of several field assistants by the previous government. It ordered a detailed probe to the feasibility of re -appointing the released field assistants and ordered officials to study the question of transforming field assistants into employees with fixed secrets, salary increase and other related legal and financial affairs.
It also ordered officials to ensure direct crediting of salaries to 540 participants of the Mandal (MCC) computer center (MCC). The Minister announced that the transfers would be carried out according to assistants and promised to offer group insurance, health insurance and health cards for field assistance assistants.
Mrs. Seethakka also said that the proposal to increase the ex gratity of £ 2 lakh to 10 lakh for field assistants and handing over mobile phones to record participation assistants will be discussed at the next cabinet meeting.
