
The Minister of Income Karnataka Krishna Gowda questioned the former Prime Minister of the HD Deve Gowdy about the Mekedat project even after the residents of the state supported the BJP-JD coalition (s) in Lok Sabha’s latest survey.
Byre Gowda, who spoke in Yuva Party, congressing youth wing of the Congress Party in Channaayapatna, said former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda assured people to get the Mokedat project in a few hours. “People elected coalition partners’ candidates. However, Mr. Deve Gowda did not talk about the project even more than a year after the elections. The inhabitants of Karnataka suffered even after elected coalition candidates,” he said.
He also pointed out that despite the assurance of 5,300 GBP Crore for the UPPER BHADRA project, the central government did not release any rupee. In addition, the Minister of Income added that the center was trying to save Hindi language to people Karnataka.
Mr. Byre Gowda said he had brought significant changes as a minister of income in the state. “People should benefit from these changes. Party workers should strive to bring the party back to power in the next elections,” he added.
MLA for Arsikere Km Shivalinge Gowda said that the state was denied its share of tax collection. “Compared to 4.5 GBP Lakh Crore, collected from the state, only 65,000 GBP was returned. Despite the difficulties, the main Minister Siddaramaiah successfully led the administration,” he said.
He hit that the congress party would be reinforced in Hassan if the district was appointed Minister of the District. “We will show the power of the Congress Party if the person in the district is appointed by the Minister responsible for the district. We should seek to obtain all seven constituents in the next elections,” he added.
