
Electronic waste should not be burned, but managed, Minister for the Municipal Administration and Development of Pongura cities Narayan during Swachh Andhra-Swarna Andhra (SASA) with the theme “E-Check”. Together with the Chairman of the Council for Control AP P. Krishnaiah and Swachh Andhra Corporation MD Anil Kumar Reddy, the Minister ceremonially opened the mining unit at the Dumping court in Allipuram in Nelore. Later, the E-Waste Collection Center at the BVS School in the Division of Seven Cities opened.
On this occasion, he said: “Swachh Andhra is only possible when our mind, home and surroundings are clean. To expand all about all about Swachh Andhra, special programs throughout the state are organized on Saturday every month. This month is the topic of recycling electronic waste.”
Mr. Narayana said: “If electronic waste is not properly managed, ecological balance will be affected. In addition to the accumulation of loans, the previous government also supplied 85 lakh tons of garbage.
He also said that modern machinery is provided to 123 municipalities in the state. Similarly, drinking water will be provided to everyone in the state through the AmRit system. He also managed officials that garbage should be regularly cleaned in all municipalities and Panchayatch in the state.
In the Prakasam district, the SASA rally from Onet PVR High School was organized at the Waste Collection Center on the new vegetable market. District officer and chief secretary Ma & UD S. Suesh Kumar said that everyone should participate in the activities of cleanliness to maintain Ongole Municipal Corporation in the highest rank.
During the Sasa program in Tirupati, the district collector S. Venkateswar said that garbage in the vicinity causes diseases such as malaria, dengue and chicken smallpox. He said that due to incorrect recycling of damaged electronic objects, the chemicals contained in them mix with the soil and then drinking water, causing many diseases.
He said: “Damaged electronic items should be collected and handed over to the municipality so that they can safely dispose of them. Electronic devices lying in houses and shops should be handed over to the counters established by Panchayats and the Secretariats of Villages.
