Minister of roads and buildings, Komatireddy Venkata Reddy, started a newly built police residential area in Nalgonda on Saturday.
The project, made by Telangana State Police Housing Corporation, was built at the price of CRORE 5.37 GBP with a total area of about 14,000 square feet. It includes one quarter of the DSP armed reserve, one administrative quarter of the DSP, two quarters of reserve inspectors and four-quarters of sub-inspectors.
Building costs have developed at 3,900 GBP per square foot, including statutory provisions such as GST and Seigniior, which is a number marked significantly lower than the prevailing industrial rates.
Komatiredy, the building engineer himself, appreciated the corporation engineers, led by the CEO of M. Rameh, for quality balance, cost control and timely completion. He noted that the project showed teamwork and supplier’s obligation Gunnam Baskar Rao in ensuring quality and accuracy.
The Minister praised the approach to accepting cost -effective methods and avoiding unnecessary high -speed specifications and describing the project as a model of low -cost public infrastructure. The work of Nalgonda is part of a wider scheme of special assistance for capital infrastructure worth 232.51 crore, covering 345 police employees throughout Telangana.
