The tribal well -being, women and minister of children’s care Gummmadi Sandhya Rani asked the officials concerned to fill the vacancy in the integrated services department for the development of children (ICDS).
On Tuesday, Mrs. Sandhya Rani visited Srisailam on Tuesday and reviewed the activities of the Social Security Department of the Child and Women with the collector Rajakumari Ganiya and other officials. She said that of six ICDS projects in the district, 1663 Anganwadi Center, 43 of which are mini-Englishwadis. There are vacancies for contributions to two workers, two mini-workers and 40 helpers, and told and ordered officials to fill them.
She said that by a SHISHU SHISHSHAN unit established in 2024, 157 children were rescued and women were given advice, legal assistance and Medicare through Sakhi One Stop Centers. The Minister stressed that the state government is committed to the well -being of women and the child and modernized Anganwadi centers in the state.
