
With the increasing number of tigers in Mahadeshwara Hills (MM Hills) Wildlife Sanctua, the Minister of the Eshwar Khandre on Tuesday ordered the head officials of the Ministry of Forest to collect feedback from the local population to declare the forest area for the tiger reserve.
He chaired a meeting with higher officials of the Ministry and ordered them to start the process of statement MM Hills Forest Region. The Minister ordered them to make an appointment with all parties involved and submit a proposal.
Recently adult stress and his four chicks died as a result of poisoning in the wilderness of MM Hills Wildlife Sanctuary.
Five reserves

Mr. Khandre said that officials should take all the necessary preventive measures to manage the unnatural death of wild animals in the state and prevent loss of human lives due to attacks on a wild animal.
He said that officers and employees in the relevant zones would be assigned duties. He called for a centralized command center to follow the movement of wild animals and poachers.
Enormous area
“The state has about 40 thousand square kilometers of forest area, which is difficult to protect physically. In this respect, the necessary steps should be taken to create a centralized command center to monitor the movement of wild animals and poachers.
He also ordered officials to start the recruitment process for the occupation of vacancies in the department and submit proposals for the purchase of vehicles and equipment needed to protect forests and wild animals.
Mr. Khandre called on forest officers to maintain friendly relations with the local population living in the forest edges.
