Milania Giudice Seen In Tense Airport Confrontation With Mother Teresa, New Bodycam Footage Emerges

Newly released police bodycam footage has provided a closer look at the tense airport incident involving TV personality Milania Giudice, her mother Teresa Giudice and sister Gia Giudice, days after the 20-year-old’s emotional confrontation went public.

The footage, obtained by TMZ and reported by Page Six, was filmed at Tampa International Airport last Wednesday when police were called to assist the family during the escalating situation involving Milan.

One of the most significant moments in the footage takes place inside the airport elevator. Teresa can be heard telling officers that Milania had fentanyl in her system during the previous incident, before telling her daughter, “I just want to save your life.”

Milania replies that she was “tied up”. The footage does not specify what substance she was referring to, when the alleged exposure occurred or who she says was responsible.

TMZ also reported that it remains unclear if the fentanyl claim has been confirmed by medical tests.

The exchange came after an already complicated sequence of events for the family.

What happened between mother and daughter?

According to earlier reports, Milania became separated from her family and counselor at the airport, prompting police to help find her. In a previously posted video, which Milania later deleted, she was seen yelling at Teresa while Gia tried to intervene. Tereza repeatedly told her daughter that she loved her, while Gia asked Milania to let her do whatever she wanted.

The new footage also shows Gia telling cops that the family hired a counselor to help Milania. According to TMZ, Milania was recently committed to a mental health facility under Florida’s Baker Act, although the details surrounding that evaluation have not been fully made public.

Milanie’s rep previously said she was “in the care of professionals” and her family was supporting her as she dealt with a difficult time. The representative also linked the situation to the death of Milania’s best friend Victoria and said the family was focused on her health, recovery and well-being.

Tereza has now publicly commented on the situation for the first time. In an Instagram story on Monday, she said the family had had an “incredibly difficult” few months and described Milania as going through significant psychological trauma after losing two of her best friends. Teresa said her priority was making sure her daughter was surrounded by love, family, support and appropriate care.

She also asked the media and public to give Milania privacy instead of publicly analyzing every moment of what she described as an extremely vulnerable time.
