Rohit Sharma decided to walk out on his own after defecating during the match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru on Sunday, April 12 at his home ground, the Wankhede Stadium for IPL 2026.
Just after the fifth over of the 2nd innings, Rohit Sharma called the physio after picking up what appeared to be his hamstring injury.
The Mumbai Indians have yet to officially comment on the injury.
Rohit departed after scoring 19 off 13 and was replaced by Suryakumar Yadav.
