The head of the response of the human resource manager (HR) to the gross demand of an employee for 30 days of paid holidays becomes a viral on social media.
In a viral post Linkedin, a social media user shared a picture of the alleged E -mail exchange between an employee and HR companies and it was cheerful.
According to a viral screen, an employee named John T said he was suffering from Koronavir and asked for 30 days of paid holiday.
Everything was fine until the tone of e -mail has changed from the holiday. John, who previously asked for a holiday, suddenly took a somewhat demanding tone. He threatened to come to the office unless the paid holiday was sanctioned and said, “Otherwise I will come to the office.”
Remarkably, coronavirus or Covid-19 is a contagious infection that has been declared a global pandemic, which has led to a number of locking in the past.
However, unharmed in John’s tone, HR responded with an unimaginable solution to the problem.
HR said in a very quiet tone, “After you knew you were infected, we immediately asked all other employees to work from home.”
But this last line completely changed the narrative. “Therefore, you can come to the office and start working,” HR said, adding that John’s holiday request was rejected.
This is how Netizens reacted:
Netizens found that the answer HR is cheerful and said they were playing with John’s reverse card Uno. Social media users found an answer “pure evil” and said no one could expect this answer.
The user said, “A turnover that no one would expect,” while another added, “never expected this answer.”
“Uno reverse card thrown HR,” the user joked.
“When Smart meets smarter,” the user joked.
Next said, “10 seconds of silence for employees.”
“HR ROCK HAHA’s employee shock,” the user said, laughing at the situation.
“Paid emotional damage,” the user joked.
“BHT toxic hogya yee on Baee (it was too toxic bro),” another user added.
