Mission for removing poverty in urban areas (Mepma) N. Tej Bharat (26 August 2025) signed three organizations to strengthen sustainable livelihoods, supported ecological burdening and advanced in environmental underestimation between city groups (SHG) across Andhra Pradesh.
Signed Agreement on Partnership with ECOLASTIC PRODUCTS PVT. Ltd. Build a decentralized ecosystem for distribution and future production of compostable products from women SHG. With ECOLASTIC support, this initiative focuses on making income of 15,000-20 000 GBP per month on a SHG woman and presents the district factory settings after reaching the scale, which corresponds to the “One Family, One Entrepreneur”.
My second was signed using AE Technologies PVT. Ltd. (Bio Elite). This cooperation allows SHG women to become an environmental representation of the distribution of certified compostable water bottles. This initiative supports the enforcement of plastic ban and is expected to benefit over 300 SHG throughout the state, with a potential monthly sale of 15-20 ₹ Lakh per lakh population and 10% profit margin for SHG members.
The third agreement on cooperation is with the City of Terrace Gardens (CTG) to support the composting of domestic and terrace/kitchen horticulture among the city women of SHG across 123 city bodies in Andra Pradesh. The aim of this initiative is to train SHG members, facilitate five Lakh plantations and promote zero waste procedures, contribute to the sustainability of the environment and the green business led by SHG.
