Choksi claims procedural discrepancies during arrest

Previously, the Choksi legal team also pointed out the procedural prerequisites for issuing, including issuing incapable orders since 2018.
Previous attempts to issue Choksi from Dominica failed and Choksi underwent medical treatment in Antigua before traveling to Belgium for cancer, Aggarwal said.
