Vice-Chairman of the University of Keral University In-Chage Mohanan Kunnummal convened 2 September Syndicate.
This step is in accordance with the University Law that orders the Syndicate meetings within 60 days of the previous one. The notification in this respect was issued by the Director (planning and development) Mini Dejo Kappen, which was the office as a registrar based on the direction of the Vice -Rector.
The previous Syndicate meeting, chaired by the foreign Thomas 6th July, suddenly postponed itself to the controversy after the suspension of the KS registrar. However, members of the Syndicate with CPI (M) continued with the meeting and continued to cancel the suspension for controversial reasons. The vice -chairman remains willing to recognize the legal validity of the tension.
Despite the controversy of Dr. Kumar regularly reports to service, although the vice -chairman blocked his access to the files and his salary. The sentence awaits a petition submitted by the registrar at the High Court in Kerala.
