MeeSeva services at your fingertips

MeeSeva services will now be available at your fingertips and the Telangana government will do away with waiting in queues and make services available by simply dialing 1100.

The service was launched by Information Technology Minister D. Sridhar Babu on Wednesday in the presence of a large number of MeeSeva service operators from various parts of Telangana.

After dialing 1100, applicants will have to select a service and enter the required details. Once you do so, a confirmation message will be sent to the registered mobile number after which a MeeSeva representative will visit the applicant’s home to facilitate the required government service. Once they do so, the documents will be delivered to the applicant’s doorstep.

The IT minister said that steps would be taken soon to resume the issuance of pahanis. Among other things, birth and death certificates, corrections in birth and death certificates, services related to birth and trade registration, caste certificates, minority certificates, income certificates, residence and birth certificates will be available. The doorstep facility will also be available on the MeeSeva portal.
