
Collector of the district of Eluru K. Vetri Selvi and Putt Malesh deputy at a meeting of the committee for the development of government hospitals on Wednesday in Elur.
The district collector Eluru K. Vetri Selvi and Eluru Putta Mahesh Kumar on Wednesday (July 2) urged doctors and other healthcare workers to work with responsibility and responsibility, and combine the government’s goal to supply quality health care to the poor. They stressed that any death should not occur due to negligence by hospital staff.
They spoke here at a meeting of the Committee on the Development of Government Hospitals. Mlas Badeti Radhakrishna (Chanti) and Chintamaneni Prabhakar also participated in the inspection meeting together with hospital administrators and committee members.
On this occasion, the collector stated that the main problems in the district hospital in Elur were identified and measures to transform it into a model medical institution are taken. It ordered officials to send the government proposals for the establishment of a cardiology department and accelerate the appointment in the radiology department, including ultrasonic and 2D Echo services. Until then, it has proposed that temporary measures should be taken to ensure continuous provision of public services.
Mrs. Vetri Selvi also ordered that the construction of a new Government Faculty of Medicine would be quickly monitored and warned that strict steps would be taken against any hospital staff that were negligent in their duties. Cleanliness in hospital areas, departments and toilets must be maintained at the highest level, she added.
Mr. Malesh Kumar ordered that the demands on medical reimbursement should be resolved without delay. He also stressed that no poor patient should leave the hospital without receiving proper care.
