Police of Kodighelli arrested a 35 -year -old mechanical engineer for allegedly involved in 91 cases of burglary and theft.
The defendant Srinivas, the inhabitants of Andhra Pradesh, worked as a technical crew in Andhra cinema and was arrested for the alleged theft of a notebook to arrange money for his online gaming addiction in 2008.
After the bail came out, he became a full -time thief and moved around the places to identify locked houses and allegedly stole valuables after burglary into the houses. The accused allegedly broke two houses in a single day and returned to his hometown to destroy stolen valuables. Based on the CCTV Police Camera shots, the Kodighelli Police has expanded the image to coincide with the records of the Srinivas available in the crime database.
The police said with his arrest that she had solved two thefts in Kodigelli and received 9 lakh valuables.
“The accused had a decent background and his siblings are engineers working in the US and Australia as technicians,” the police said. But addiction to playing and rich life made him go wrong, the policeman said.
