
Kuwari, an elephant in the Kaziranga and Tiger Reserve National Park, gave birth to a healthy woman called “Mayabani”, World Animal Day. The calf was named in honor of the iconic song of the late singer Zateen Garg Mayabini Ratir Buku, which became an anthem during his last trip.
Assam’s Minister of Forest Chandra Mohan Patowar has announced birth and said that the calf represents hope and harmony in the wild and was named in honor of the well -known song Zateen Garg.
Chandra, sharing the X reports, wrote: “The confused news of #world Animal Day – Kuwari, the Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserves, gave birth to healthy women!” With great affection and public good will, we called her “Mayabini” – a symbol of new life and harmony in the wild. ”
The song Mayabini Ratir Buku, which Zateen Garg wanted to be sung after his passage, became an anthem for her fans during his last trip. Zateen Garg died 19 September in Singapore.

Kaziranga ‘very rich, especially in terms of rhinos
Meanwhile, the main Minister Madhya Pradesh Mohan Yadav visited the Kaziranga and Tiger Reserve National Park, where he started to Jeep Safari and appreciated the remarkable biological diversity of the park and said, “Kaziranga is very rich, especially as regards rhinoceros.”
During his visit to Yadav, he plunged light into the expanding efforts for wild animals in Madhya Pradesh, in particular he mentioned the recent arrival of elephants into the state.
“Elephants have now also arrived in Madhya Pradesh. Previously there were no elephants. Over the last two years, more than 70 elephants have been moved to Bandhavgarh and other shrines,” he said.

Yadav, amazed by the Kaziranga Administration, expressed the desire to cooperate with the main Minister of Assam Himant Bisw Sarma to strengthen the efforts to conserve nature and exchange successful strategies between the two countries.
“I visited here with my officials and I was pleased to see it. The lead is excellent. From there we will learn a lot of things. We will also bring some of our wild game.
He also talked about the distinct ecological importance of the park and noted: “Kaziranga is very rich, especially as regards the rhinos. There are more than 3,000 rhinos.”
World Animal Day, 4th October
World Animal Day, which is celebrated every year 4th October, aims to promote awareness of improving good life conditions of animals, maintaining endangered species, encouragement of responsible ownership of domestic animals and raising kindness towards all creatures. The day also pays tribute to St. Francis of Assisi, recognized as the patron saint of animals.
As stated on the official website, the goal of World Animal Day is to “increase animal status to improve social security standards around the world”.
It acts as a global call for event and encourages individuals and organizations to participate in the defense, protection and behavior that supports good living conditions of animals and law, reads in a statement.
