The Telangana government’s Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) division has integrated the services of the Inspector General of Registration and Stamps (IGRS) department into the MeeSeva WhatsApp/chatbot platform, the IT and Industries Minister D.Sridhar Babu’s office said on Friday.
A range of IGRS services can be accessed through the official MeeSeva WhatsApp number 8096958096. The services include attested copy of registration document, encumbrance certificate, purchase of stamps, franking, deficit, companies, RTI, firms and fines are now active on the platform. This initiative was launched in close coordination with the IGRS department, the minister’s office said.
