The Indian lawyer, who shares the same name as Mark Zuckerberg, filed a lawsuit against Facebook repeatedly suspended his account and intended him as the CEO of the company. Mark Zuckerberg, bankruptcy lawyer, claimed that his verified account had been closed for more than 15 years, which cost him clients and advertising funds. He says the meta misunderstood him as “issuing a celebrity” even though he uses his real identity.
“It’s not funny,” he said. “No when they take my money. It really upset me,” Zuckerberg 13WTHN, based in Indianapolis, said.
“And using a fake name! I had much longer than it has,” he added. “I have better things than suing Facebook. They have more money and more lawyers and more resources than me. I’d rather not choose to fight them, but I don’t know how to get them to stop them!”

In May, his company said the business side was removed, causing to lose $ 11,000 in advertising.
Why did he decide to sue now?
Zuckerberg immediately did not take Meta to court. Over the years, Facebook has repeatedly contacted whenever his accounts were suspended. The company even apologized for the e -mail, but the suspension continued and eventually pushed it to act.
“I did everything I asked me like I always. They ask you to appeal if you think your suspension isn’t right. I filed the right appeal with them the next day and I heard anything from them and it was four months.
“For someone who has one of the leading technology companies in the world and can’t stop doing it? And they seem to be unable to accept the process of attraction? I think they have a problem,” he added.
What did he sue?
Zuckerberg claimed that repeated prohibitions cost him client communication and thousands of dollars he invested in his legal practice ads.
In his court proceedings, he requires the meta to permanently restore her account. He is also looking for a payment for lost advertising funds, legal fees and claims that he has a strong chance to win the case.
