Deputy Commissioner Bidar Shilpa Sharma, who acted in two separate investigative reports, recommended the release of the director and employee of Sai Spoorthi Pu College in connection with the alleged entry into the student “Janivar” or “sacred thread” to appear for the normal Test (CET).
The reports presented by the Commissioner Assistant and the Director of the Director before the University of Education have found the director of Chandrashekhar Biradar and the second division of Satish Pawar responsible for incorrect treatment of the situation. The deputy of the Commissioner ordered the chairman/secretary of Sai Deep Education Trust, who manages the university to remove both individuals from the service.
In a letter addressed to the Executive Director of the Karnataka Office (Kea) on Friday, Deputy Commissioner outlined the investigation of the investigation. She noted that Kea instructions forbid male candidates to wear metal objects such as necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets inside the investigative hall.
“According to the investigation reports, the student was to be allowed to the examination hall after proper tearing to determine whether the thread he was wearing was contained in metal or was a simple sacred fiber of cotton,” the deputy commissioner wrote.
The reports described in detail that the student, the dry -bolt, arrived at the investigation center at 9.55 hours and was originally cleaned with a home guard and police staff. During the second round of the frisking, however, Satish Pawar was stopped for visible “Janivar”. Principal Biradar was then called to the scene, but instead of solving the problem, Pawar only asked students to work together to smooth behavior and leave the area.
Investigative officers reviewed the CCTV camera shots and interviewed the staff during the incident. The student, a bulletin, allegedly refused to remove the sacred thread and quoted religious reasons.
In addition, the deputy of the Commissioner stated that a notification of the Moddasir show, RFO Aurad (B) was issued, which were also allocated on that day. Other measures will be taken on the basis of the officer’s response to the announcement, she added.
