
Telugu folk singer Mangli was among the four persons who were discovered on Tuesday evening by the police Cyberabad, after the raid at the party held without the necessary permission of the excise duty department. The event was part of her birthday party celebrations in Chevelle.
Cases were reserved against Sivarama Krišn, Agm, Tripura Resorts, M. Satyavathi aka Mangli, Dune Meghara and K. Damodhar Reddy on accusation of violating the consumer law, government speakers and NDP Act. The police said that the defendants had been issued a notice and further investigation to identify the supplier Ganja.
A considerable amount of liqueur was found at the venue. While no narcotic substances were obtained during the raid, the participants were carried out during the operation together by the Cyberabad Special Operations (SOT) and Chevella Police.
According to the official part of the investigation, nine individuals were tested for drug consumption, including four women and five men. Only K. Damodhar Reddy, tested positively on Ganja.
About 25 guests took part in the assembly, many of whom were associated with the film industry.
