On Friday (September 12, 2025), the first other district and meeting court condemned the man for February, unlawful imprisonment and sexual assault by a smaller girl and sentenced him to 21 years of imprisonment and a sentence of 35,000 GBP.
According to the police, the victim’s parents filed a complaint on November 14, 2018 and claimed that their smaller daughter was missing from home. They said they went around 17:30 on the day after some work, but they couldn’t find it when they were returned around 20:00, the police registered the missing case and started the investigation.
However, the course of the investigation changed when the minor came to the police station on March 11, 2019, and claimed it was kidnapped and sexually attacked. The police then arrested one Rowdy-Sheeter marked as Sake Raj Kumar aka Rojakunta Pedda from Rojakunta Street in Nandyal Town.
The accused allegedly made friends with the victim and took her from her house and then traveled to various places, including Hyderabad. Several times he attacked sexually.
Police have books the accused according to various parts of IPC and section 5 R/W 6 Act on the Protection of Children from Sexual Criminal offenses (POŠO), 2012.
The police made parents and sisters of the accused if they were accused after they were found guilty. In October 2019 a fee was filed. After the court, Raj Kumar sentenced Raj Kumar to 20 years in prison and a fine of 25,000 GBP according to the law of POCSO and the next year of imprisonment and a sentence of 10,000 ₹ in the case of kidnapping.
