The police registered the case against a man near Condotte for allegedly offering Triple Talaq to his wife illegally by telephone. The police female cell was booked by Veeran Kutty of Tharajittal not only for divorcing her wife in an illegal way, but also for physical and mental torture, after a woman’s complaint.
The police said they got a couple about two years ago and had a ten -month -old child. The woman’s complaint said she stayed with Veeran Kutty only 40 days after the marriage. She lived in her house because of health problems, said the complaint.
The police said the man was managed by Triple Talaq by phone in violation of the law at a time when attempts to mediate appeared between the two families.
