On Wednesday evening on Wednesday, the man who was passing by, the swelling winds on the infantry road.
The tree was fully uprooted by the wind and fell on the sidewalk. The man suffered a shoulder injury and was hurried to the Bowring hospital, the officials said.
He briefly influenced the movement of traffic. The branches were cut off and later removed from the road and the sidewalk.
According to sources, despite multiple complaints, BBMP did not take measures to prune or reduce tree aging. Several branches along the infantry road remain uncertain and represent a threat for commuting and pedestrians, complaining traders on the road.
The BBMP control room reported three incidents of tree falls and four incidents of falling branches throughout the city. The floods were reported on several roads in Bellandur.
