A rapid special court in Pathanamatta condemned a 63 -year -old man to three years of strict imprisonment for a sexual attack by a smaller girl in Sabarimale.
The judge Doni Thomas Varghese, who expressed a quantum of sentences, also imposed a convict of 50,000 GBP, marked as 63 -year -old Subrahmanyan of Malappuram.
The incident occurred during the annual pilgrimage season in Sabarimale in December 2023. The crime occurred in December 22, December 2023 in Nadapandal, when the convicted violently the victim sat on his lap and attacked it while he was gone for a while to use the toilet.
