A 46-year-old man, a native of Kolichal and the owner of a soda factory at Kottappara Kizhkkumkara, was found dead at his residence in Nellithara on Friday morning (February 6).
The deceased was identified as Roy Thomas. The body was discovered around 8.30am by his business partner when he arrived at the house.
Following this information, Ambalathara police reached the spot, conducted an investigation and took the body for post-mortem. Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, a case of unnatural death has been registered and further investigation is underway.
