
The lottery agent in the cattor near Thrissur was the victim of fraud when the man introduced color copies of six winning lottery tickets Samrudhi and cheated on him from 14,700 GBP.
27. September the man on the bike approached the lottery agent Nelliparamtil Thejas. He introduced several lottery tickets and asked him to check if they were awarded some prizes in draw 21.
When scanning the QR code, Mr. Thejas found that some of them won £ 5,000 consolation awards. After deducting the Agent Commission, the man paid a man of 14,700 GBP.
However, the fraud was discovered when Mr. Thejas introduced tickets for official verification. He was told that the money was claimed and gathered from the Ministry of Finance in Alappuzha 23 September and that the tickets he introduced were copies.
Mr. Thejas filed a complaint against the police and the investigation is turned on. The police said they made some progress in the investigation using tracking camera footage.
