History-Sheeter was sentenced to life imprisonment on Tuesday and asked to pay a fine of 5,000 GBP in the case of murder, which took place in 2017 at the ORVAKAL police station.
According to the police, the history of Sheeter, Thota Shiva, a resident of the village of Nannur. The deceased, Azam Khan Salaam Basha, who was an automobile driver, opposed Shiva’s behavior in the village. On the night of November 11, 2017, Shiva attacked Basha with a knife at the hotel, resulting in his death. The case was registered on the basis of a complaint with the brother of the late Azam Khan Shali Basha.
After court proceedings on Tuesday, the district chief judge G. Kabardi condemned and awarded a lifetime prison to a historical role. Police manager (SP) Vikrant Patil praised police officers for the assembly of evidence during the investigation and demonstration of the court proceedings to convict the accused.
