The man was illegally detained and chained to the Iron Poles for not appearing for working in the district of Vijayapura and the police arrested two persons after the incident appeared through social media.
Police manager Vijayapura Laxman Nimbargi gave the names arrested as Kumar aka Arjun Siddod Biradar of Chadachan and Srishail Giriyappa Peersond of Umrani in the district of Vijayapura.
The incident occurred in the village of Hatalli, where the victim, 38 years Bashasab Allauddin Mulla, was charged with the 18th of July.
According to the police, Bashasab reportedly took 20,000 GBP as a deposit for serving as a driver, but immediately did not appear to work. When he reportedly delayed the refund, Mr. Kumar and Mr. Srishail were forcibly brought to their motorcycle to the village of Hatalli.
Subsequently, from the morning to evening he was chained to the pole in front of the shop and the duo was also abused for not returning this amount.
